Preparation Before our Arrival
Make sure that the signer is alert, awake and knows what’s going on and is not confused. We will be asking them a few questions to make sure there’s no confusing as well as making sure they understand the documents they’re about to sign and agrees with them. To keep stress levels down. We will not place them under Oath with swearing them in however we will have the signer promise us they agree with documents.
Signer must have a State Issued Driver’s License, Identification Card, US Government ID or US Passport. ALL Documents MUST be signed in front of the notary to be notarized. Everything else on the form can be pre filled out before our arrival if you already have the form(s).
We will be asking the signer their name, date of birth, and who the president is. If we feel the signer is signing the documents under pressure, under the direction or demand of someone else. We will not be able to complete the notarization of the documents by law.

TERMS:
Prepayment of the $95.00 service fee is required at the time service is ordered.
Balance is due, if any, at end of Notary visit. We accept Cash, Cash App, Venmo & Apple Pay.
